- Guest_2119 : I took time off work and waited for 5 hours for Dean from Abbey Heating, London Road, Kingston to come to my home and repair my boiler. He did not turn up despite 2 ‘reassuring’ phone calls. Unimpressed.

- Guest_4791 : call centre staff rude, left with hot water for 4 days and I am disabled,otally useless and unhelpful. Left without hotwater for 4 days and I am disabled, a jet bath is a must for my condition and they couldn’t care less. Absolutley
- Craig D : for Homeserve, he was a terrible electrician. Fixed my bathroom light and blew out the kitchen in the process, eventually left them. Not a fair thing to judge a company on this alone but 2 bad experiences is enough for me. I ended up getting AA cover, no problems so far.
- Craig D : I called out homeserve for a one-off repair, they turned up, wondered around with tools in hand for a while then said they couldn’t do the repair as it related to a pipe going into the wall and this wasn’t covered as it was part of the external drainage. Pretty hopeless, got a local plumber to sort it for £40. Do check their T&Cs, it seems like the ‘one price fits all’ call out charge is good but actually they can’t do a whole lot.
